2014 House Bill 3814: Place non-binding minimum wage referendum on ballot

To place on the Nov. 4, 2014 general election ballot a non-binding question polling voters on the state's minimum wage law. The question will appear in the following form: "Shall the minimum wage in Illinois for adults over the age of 18 be raised to $10 per hour by Jan. 1, 2015?"
